Established at the onset of the COVID-19 crisis at the initiative of Commissioner Mariya Gabriel, the Creatives Unite platform was launched in May 2020 with the goal to gather in one place all relevant information for the cultural and creative sector (CCS) with respect to the pandemic. Two years later, the platform, which now boasts over 57,000 users, has expanded its scope to encompass all types of relevant CCS-related initiatives and actions.
