Time to Act report highlights key areas to delve into and act on for more systemic changes, particularly for disabled artists. In order to get the most pertinent and relevant information, a concise questionnaire has been prepared for cultural professionals (disabled and non-disabled) involved in performing arts venues or festivals – whether they have experience with programming or supporting artists with disabilities or not.
