Friche la Belle de Mai is one of the largest cultural wastelands in Europe (45,000 m2) and includes a set of buildings including offices, artists' studios, exhibition venues, theatres and in concert, training and meeting places, a nursery, a restaurant, a cinema, a bookstore, a fablab and medialab, a platform dedicated to youth, sports fields and many public spaces. A cooperative society manages the cultural and urban project of the Friche la Belle de Mai around 3 axes for 65 independant organisation: ● Transformation of the site on the basis of a management master plan ● Land and property management of the site ● Animation and coordination of the cultural, social and economic project deployed on the Friche area
