The time has arrived to get together once again, and this time with extra importance: the ECHN General Assembly is taking place during Bautopia 6 in BASIS, Silandro (happening 15-17 October 2025), and this is the time to vote for the new board!
The call is open to all our regular members who would like to become part of the Board of Directors of ECHN. If you believe in the vision, share the values, and think you could contribute to the growth and development of the network, then this is your opportunity.
The regulations for the board elections have been comprehensively laid out in our Statutes. (Clauses between 19-27). You can go over the document to get the formal clarifications.

Who can apply to be a board member?
Only active regular members who have renewed their annual membership for 2025 could participate in the elections. Associate members cannot apply to be board members.
We embrace diversity through all our actions and activities, and this opportunity is no exception. We encourage candidates to apply from diverse groups of people, from diverse backgrounds, regions, hub sizes, and skill sets.

To apply, you should fill in the Application Form, where you will be asked for some personal information, a CV, and a Motivation Letter. *
Applications for the elections close by 6th October 20:00 CET and the announcement of the applicants will be made after the 7th of October, 2025
Voting will occur during the General Assembly on the 17th of October 2027 at 10:00 AM
* Please bear in mind that the documents and information you provided in the application form will be made public to our voting ECHN Members as a way to choose their next representatives.
