CYANOTYPES Pilot Workshop on Sustainability Management in Creative Hubs
Thursday 18th September 2025
12:00 CET
Duration: 120 min
Creative hubs are places of experimentation and innovation—but they are also resource-intensive environments. Increasingly, creative hubs demonstrate their commitment to sustainable practices, not just in terms of compliance, but also in community leadership and ecosystem support.
This pilot Workshop aims to empower Creative hubs to take a proactive and structured approach to sustainability by defining, supporting, and piloting the role of the Sustainability Manager.
Through the CYANOTYPES Framework, it introduces tools and future skills helping to embed sustainability into daily operations, long-term planning, and community culture in hubs.
Participants begin crafting a sustainability vision and explore practical applications in their hubs, such as waste reduction initiatives, energy audits, and community engagement events.
Toolkits and templates are provided to support fieldwork.
The CYANOTYPES project supports future-readiness in the Cultural and Creative Sectors by establishing a Creative Agency Competence Framework. This framework helps creative professionals and networks navigate innovation and sustainability by developing transversal skills through collaborative learning ecosystems.
