ECHN Workshops 2025 - it's time to vote!

The pitching session for the ECHN Workshops took place last week, and this year we were happy to receive 10 applications!

The applications for the ECHN Workshops took place, and this year we were happy to receive 10 applications! 8 of the participants had the chance to pitch for their proposal on an Online Session, which you can watch here

Now, the ECHN community has the chance to vote for the best workshop proposal, the most voted will receive a €10.000 grant to implement a capacity building workshop addressed to ECHN hub managers and beyond!

We have put together all written proposals, presentations and video from the pitches - please take some time to go through them carefully!

- You have time to vote until Friday, 26th Sept 23:59 CET.

- The poll is open only to hubs with a regular or associate ECHN membership - you must login first to be able to vote

- Every hub can vote only once.

- You can vote on the proposals according to the defined criteria. The combination of these scores % will determine the winning proposal.

  • 1 Pertinence (15%): To what extent does the proposal offer pertinent topics to capacity building for hub managers?
  • 2 Originality (10%): To what extent are the format and the content of the proposal original and creative?
  • 3 Planning (10%): How well structured and organised is the proposal?
  • 4 Impact (15%): How likely are the learnings to be implemented in other Creative Hubs and how much do these skills help develop new ventures?
  • 5 Quality (15%): How good is the overall quality of the suggested program?
  • 6 Knowledge (10%): What is the Hub’s background experience in the theme of focus?
  • 7 Digital (10%): Does the project involve meaningful content in the digital skills and does it effectively leverage new skills that enhance the hub managers’ toolsets?
  • 8 Relevance (15%): How likely is it for you to apply to participate in this workshop?
