BAUTOPIA 6 publication is out!

news

Our Hubs Meetup at BASIS Vinschgau Venosta at Silandro, Italy now has its very own publication. A useful resource for all creative professionals.

Bautopia6 - the full report!

Whether you joined us in October or couldn’t make it this year, the BAUTOPIA 6 publication offers a way to revisit the conference or discover its key moments and reflections.

Inside, you’ll find talks, and perspectives shared during the conference all around the topic of Recovery, Resilience, Resistance.

This publication explores how creative hubs and cultural spaces navigate an increasingly fragile environment marked by rising costs, policy uncertainty, and global crises. Framed around Recovery, Resilience, and Resistance, it examines how these spaces rebuild disrupted ecosystems, develop long-term strategies to withstand future shocks, and advocate for their cultural and social value.

Bringing together contributions from the Hubs Meetup – Bautopia 6 conference that took place at BASIS from 15 to 17 October , the publication presents diverse case studies and initiatives, from creative hub development and rural cultural regeneration to grassroots cooperatives, participatory urban projects, and European collaboration networks. Together, these perspectives highlight the importance of solidarity, cross-sector partnerships, and community-rooted action in safeguarding cultural spaces as drivers of creativity, social cohesion, and resilient local futures.
