Creative Europe Project Design Guidance for ECHN Members

news

To support members planning to apply for the upcoming Creative Europe funding call, we invite all interested regular members to book a one-to-one consultation with our grant writing team.

The European Creative Hubs Network is committed to supporting its members across all areas of activity, especially in sustainability, fundraising, and advocacy for their outstanding projects. As many in the European cultural and creative sectors are aware, the new annual call for Cooperation Projects under the Creative Europe Programme has now been published, and the deadline is approaching.

This year’s call will support projects delivering a wide range of activities and initiatives involving artists and stakeholders from different cultural and creative sectors. With a budget of approximately €60 million, the programme aims to strengthen cooperation between organisations active in the cultural field, increase the cross-border creation and circulation of European artistic content, and encourage the development, testing, dissemination, and adoption of innovative practices. Around 150 projects are expected to receive funding. More information about the call can be found here.

Organisations across Europe now have the opportunity to build and co-design international projects. At the same time, competition and the number of submissions continue to grow with each new funding round.

For this reason, ECHN has decided to support its regular members by dedicating expert time to one-to-one consultations on project proposals. To date, ECHN has successfully secured and implemented 15 EU-funded projects across a range of themes and funding programmes.

All regular ECHN members are invited to contact our Community Manager, Pepe Peralta Guerrero, by email at pepe@creativehubns.net, using the subject line “Creative Europe”, to arrange an individual 45-minute online consultation with one of our fundraising experts in the coming days and weeks.

The deadline for submitting proposals to the European Commission is 5 May 2026, so we strongly encourage any members interested in receiving feedback and recommendations on their project proposals to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
