We are excited to launch the new cycle of our Mobility Programs, offering creative hub professionals and managers across Europe opportunities to exchange knowledge, develop new skills and build collaborations with peers in other countries.
Through the Staff Exchange and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning programs, ECHN supports knowledge-sharing, professional development and cross-border connections, helping creative hubs discover new approaches and strengthen their work.
The Staff Exchange Program is open to staff members of ECHN member hubs, regardless of their role or career stage. Participants can spend up to five days at another creative hub, gaining hands-on experience through job shadowing, workshops, practical training and knowledge exchange.
Each participant can receive up to €1,175 in financial support to cover travel and subsistence expenses, making it easier to explore new working practices and bring valuable insights back to their home organisation.

The P2P Learning Program is designed for managers of emerging and established creative hubs who want to exchange expertise, explore shared challenges and develop opportunities for future collaboration.
Each exchange connects two creative hubs from different countries. The visiting hub receives up to €1,175 in financial support for travel and subsistence, while the hosting hub receives a €500 grant to organise a final public event presenting the exchange's outcomes to its local community.
