Creative Spark, a not-for-profit social enterprise founded in 2012 in County Louth, aims to foster creativity and innovation by supporting new and established creative enterprises. Designed as a hub for creative training and workspace, Creative Spark offers a unique environment for learning and collaboration in the border region.
Across two locations, in Muirhevnamor (HQ) and Dundalk town centre, it provides affordable workspaces, training facilities, and dedicated "learning labs" that encourage creative growth and social engagement. Facilities include own-door studio space, meeting and training rooms, co-working, a Print Studio, Ceramics Studio, Enterprise FabLab and a Mobile FabLab. The FabLab promotes STEAM education and innovation, offering tools and technology to support digital fabrication.
Creative Spark allows individuals of all ages to create, experiment, and learn with advanced materials and technology, fostering a supportive environment for creative practitioners, entrepreneurs, startups and our local community. Its mission is to enhance skills, build confidence, and create opportunities for community development in Louth and beyond, empowering local innovators and advancing creativity.
